Relationship profiles stay on your iPhone and are not turned into public profiles or an advertising graph.
Deletion is built in
Delete saved people or all local Venus Says data from Misc without contacting support.
Information you choose to provide
Venus Says uses the name, birth date, birth time, birth place, coordinates, birth-location timezone, and relationship details you enter. Apple provides subscription entitlement status on device. Tepesoft receives feedback details only when you submit the feedback form.
How the app uses information
Your information supports birth-chart calculations, daily relationship weather, compatibility themes, communication guidance, gift and date ideas, story cards, subscription access, support, abuse prevention, and reliability improvements.
Local-first saved people
Saved relationship profiles stay in an iOS-protected file on your device. Venus Says does not require an account and does not currently provide server-saved relationship profiles. You can delete one person or all local app data from Misc.
Private calculation requests
Personalized calculations use first-party HTTPS requests to Astroze services. Responses use no-store controls. The current app flow does not create an account record containing your saved relationship profiles.
Personalized text processing
For requested premium guidance, our first-party service may send a minimized chart summary, relationship type, and selected goal to Google Gemini API. Names, contact details, and saved relationship files are not included in that generation prompt.
Birth location
Birth place, coordinates, and the birth location's timezone are used for chart calculations. Venus Says does not request current or background location. Enter only the birth-location detail needed for a chart.
Feedback and support
When you submit feedback, Tepesoft receives the name, email, message, app version, iOS version, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply, diagnose issues, prioritize requests, and improve Venus Says.
Purchases
Auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Tepesoft does not receive full payment-card numbers from Apple. Apple's systems control billing, cancellation, refund, and subscription management.
Website analytics
The Venus Says website may use privacy-conscious page analytics to understand visits and product interest. Website analytics are separate from private in-app birth and relationship data.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Service providers support hosting, text generation, email delivery, website analytics, Apple purchase processing, support, and security. Each provider receives only what is needed for its task. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and systems.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Derived personalized guidance may be cached under a pseudonymous key for up to 30 days for speed and cost control. Short-lived hashed network identifiers may be retained for up to one hour for abuse prevention. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, security, or product improvement.
Children and sensitive use
Venus Says is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Avoid adding private relationship details that are not needed for the feature or support request.
Entertainment and self-reflection
Venus Says does not guarantee love, marriage, pregnancy, finances, health, another person's feelings, or any certain outcome. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app changes. The current date appears on this page. Use the feedback form for privacy questions, deletion questions, or requests about information you submitted through support.
On your iPhone
Birth setup, saved people, journal entries, reminders, and local product events until you delete them.
With Apple
Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and entitlement records under Apple's policies.
